Our cakes are divided into two categories, Standard and "Over the Top".  Standard includes sheet cakes, layer cakes (one tier cakes), Shaped cakes baked in Wilton pans and baby cakes.  Over the Top are all the cakes that most other bakeries refuse to do:  two tiered cakes, Topsy Turvy cakes, Barbie cakes, Castle cakes, 2 dimensional (flat) carved cakes and 3 dimensional sculpted cakes.  These cakes take significantly more time and expertise and are priced accordingly.
